Tacos and Harry Potter

I didn't bother going to Whitcoulls at 11.01am like some people. I went at about 1.30pm. Time enough for the crowds to thin out a bit, and the queues to disappear. Or is that "disapparate"?

Now I'm savouring the book, reading it chapter by chapter. And remembering to breathe. :)

Last night was fun. [info]jaadfan kindly returned my cellphone, and ended up staying for dinner. Fun chat. Good music. Tasty food. Garlic is my friend. :)

I've finally had enough sleep. Yay!

Garlic should be everybody's friend!

lastnight as an entree at Cafe Istanbul, they laid on what was essentially a garlic pizza - garlic and a little parsley were the only toppings (not even cheese).

Oh - please pass on my apologies to David - I think I gave what was essentially a Toastmasters sales pitch... naughty Jaadfan. But at least it wasn't Amway!

Thank you for dinner and conversation - it was all good!

I like the song. It made me bounce. Must have been the funky syncopated rhythm. Needs more lyrics, though... have you thought of writing a verse for each season?

Re: Oak Tree, by some guy

I guess it probably does need more wordage... but music and lyric combined it only took 15 minutes to write! :-)

I'm going to have fun finding a bass player to do THAT bassline again... that's Andrew of Percy Feral infamy.
